Welcome to our our fall series, Beginner Friendly Mindful Movement. These  drop-in classes are open to all, with students and teachers learning and practicing at a variety of levels.

We meet in person at the Foothills Unitarian Church in Fort Collins AND on zoom. Most Mondays, we are hybrid from the church so the whole class gets to see each other, zoom and in person. Some Mondays we will do a quiet practice at the church and our co-teacher Beverly will lead the zoom class separately.

Mondays weekly at 8:30 PT/9:30 MT/10:30 CT/11:30 ET
Online on Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/91317915664 / Meeting ID: 913 1791 5664

This class is a community service by the instructors and the church, but people not affiliated with the church are very welcome. For those not involved in Foothills, we suggest charitable donations for Foothills' Community Microgrant program. This program directly supports organizations who are also seeking to unleash courageous love in Northern Colorado. Past recipients include Disabled Resource Services, Homeward Alliance, Immigrant Freedom Fund, Alliance for Suicide Prevention, and Food Bank for Larimer County.

TO DONATE: Suggested for those who don't already contribute to Foothills, but please do not let an inability to donate stop you from attending class. Go to https://foothillsuu.org/donate and select the Community Microgrant menu option.

If you cannot make these classes currently, you can also learn online at amytcc.com, in person at the Senior Center with Marie Dotts or various classes from a wide variety of instructors in the area (see the Northern Colorado class list at ). See taichichih.org/teacher/lisa-stroyan for more information about Lisa and potential other classes. More open zoom practices for those who know the practice are available at https://tcccommunity.net/resources-1 Online resources include instruction on amytcc.com and Amy Tyksinki's Youtube channel.
