One of the most significant steps we can take to stabilize our finances is to refinance our current mortgage. Without refinancing, Foothills will pay over $1 million in interest and fees by 2038. By securing a private, low-interest loan from individuals or organizations in our community, we can dramatically reduce those costs and redirect funds toward ministry, justice work, and care.

Minimum amount is $20K and 5-year loan terms.
