About Partners for Peace
Partners for Peace began in 2018 with a small group of concerned citizens seeking to create a collaborative presence in Fort Collins for building peace at home and abroad. We envision a global society founded on universal human rights, economic justice, respect for nature, and a culture of peace.
We connect individuals and organizations working across diverse social issues, which we recognize as universal, interdependent and interconnected. A framework of intersectionality requires a shared understanding of the foundational ideologies that have shaped our history, our culture, and ultimately American policies and actions domestically and in the world.
Through awareness and education, we seek to inspire collective action and support other individuals and initiatives working for systemic change based on peace, justice and non-violence.
Partners for Peace is a founding member of NCALF, the Northern Colorado Alliance for a Livable Future.
