Regular full (or nearly full) group meetings are planned for 2nd & 4th Mondays of each month.
These meetings include 1) Business 2) Covenant 3) Reading/reflection 4) Chalice lighting and then 5) Facilitation in guided discussion such as Journey group etc and/or a Check-in meeting.
The schedule may be adapted for any 2nd & 4th Mondays that may fall on a holiday or when half the members or more can not attend. The priority is to be flexible in order to meet at least 2 Mondays a month, if possible, even if we need to change it up. Therefore we will retain a weekly Zoom schedule and then cancel any unnecessary sessions each month as the schedule is firmed up.
